LINEX

24V Lithium Battery Supplier & Wholesale

Short answer: LINEX supplies 24V LiFePO4 batteries from 50Ah (1.28kWh) to 200Ah (5.12kWh) for RV, marine, solar pump and off-grid cabin systems. Standard packs use a built-in BMS; larger formats are supplied in metal cases for fixed installations. OEM labelling and export documentation are available.

24V sits between the 12V packs used in most campervans and the 48V racks used in telecom and home storage. It is the right choice when cable runs are long, loads are heavier, or the inverter expects a 24V input — but it also means a different charger, and often a different BMS configuration.

Range

Model Energy Typical use
24V 50Ah 1.28 kWh Small solar systems, lights, pumps
24V 100Ah 2.56 kWh RV, boat, cabin backup
24V 150Ah 3.84 kWh Larger RV and marine banks
24V 200Ah 5.12 kWh Off-grid cabins, solar pumps, light commercial

When 24V Beats 12V

  • Longer cable runs: half the current for the same power means thinner cable and less voltage drop.
  • Bigger inverters: 24V is the common input for 1–3kW inverters in mobile and off-grid systems.
  • Solar arrays in series: a 24V bank pairs naturally with 60–72 cell panels and MPPT controllers.
  • Pumps and motors: 24V DC pumps draw half the current of 12V equivalents.

What We Check Before Shipment

Capacity at the declared C-rate, internal resistance, cell balance after a full cycle, BMS protection behaviour, terminal torque and packaging. A capacity report ships with the batch; third-party inspection can be arranged with the company you nominate.

Wholesale, OEM and Export

Label, case, BMS configuration and packaging can be customised. MOQ depends on the model and whether it repeats an existing build. Export orders include UN38.3, MSDS, CE and RoHS documents, packing list and commercial invoice; lithium cells ship as Class 9 dangerous goods and the forwarder needs those files before booking.

Frequently asked questions

Can I charge a 24V battery with a 12V charger?

No. A 24V pack needs a charger with a 24V profile (about 28.4–29.2V absorption). A 12V charger will not bring it to full charge and may trigger BMS protection.

Can I run a 24V inverter from two 12V batteries?

Yes, if the two batteries are identical, matched in age, and wired in series with a balancer. Mixing an old and a new battery in series causes imbalance and early failure.

What is the MOQ for 24V packs?

It depends on the model and configuration. Send the model, quantity and destination and we will confirm the current MOQ with the quotation.

Do you supply 24V batteries for solar pumps?

Yes. Tell us the pump’s rated voltage, current and daily runtime, and we will confirm the capacity and BMS continuous current needed.
