Every LINEX LiFePO4 battery carries a 5-year limited warranty. This page explains exactly what that covers, what it does not, and how to make a claim.
What is covered
For five years from the date of shipment, we will repair or replace (at our option) any battery that fails due to a manufacturing defect. This includes:
- Capacity dropping below 70% of the rated value under normal use
- BMS failure or protection board faults
- Cell imbalance or abnormal self-discharge
- Swelling or leakage not caused by misuse
What is not covered
- Physical damage (drops, impacts, punctures)
- Water ingress beyond the product’s IP rating
- Reverse polarity or short circuits from incorrect wiring
- Charging with incompatible or damaged chargers
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Damage from fire, flood or other external events
How to make a claim
- Email [email protected] with your order number or invoice
- Include photos and, where available, test data showing the issue
- We respond within 2 business days and confirm the next step
- Approved claims are settled with a replacement unit or a credit note
