LINEX

Applications & Solutions

Short answer: LINEX matches LiFePO4 battery systems to seven applications — RV and van builds (12V/24V 100–300Ah), marine house banks, trolling motors, home backup (48V 100–200Ah), telecom remote sites, solar and PayGo systems, and camping power stations. Selection starts from daily energy use and peak load, not from the largest capacity available.

Power solutions by application — batteries and systems matched to how you actually use them. Browse our scene guides below, or tell us your application and we will recommend the right setup.

Application Selection Table

Application Typical voltage Typical capacity What decides the size
RV, campervan, 4WD 12V or 24V 100–300Ah Daily Ah use, inverter peak, alternator or DC-DC charging
Marine house bank 12V or 24V 100–200Ah House loads per day, depth of discharge, engine charging time
Trolling motor 12V or 24V 50–100Ah Motor thrust, cruise current, hours per trip
Home battery backup 48V 100–200Ah (5–10kWh) Essential loads in kW and hours of autonomy
Telecom remote site 48V 50–200Ah Site DC load, required backup hours, cabinet space
Solar and PayGo 12V or 48V 50–200Ah Daily kWh, PV array size, autonomy days
Camping and outdoor Portable station 100–3,000W Device watts and hours, solar recharge time

Application Questions

How do I choose between 12V, 24V and 48V for my application?

Match the voltage to the load and cable run: 12V suits small RV, marine and trolling loads up to about 2kW; 24V halves the current for larger inverters and longer runs; 48V is the standard for home backup and telecom because it keeps currents and cable sizes low at 3–10kW.

Can one battery model serve several applications?

Often yes. A 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 works for RV house loads, marine house banks and trolling motors; the difference is the charging system and the mounting. What changes between applications is the sizing calculation, not necessarily the cell chemistry.

What information do I need before requesting a quote?

Send the application, voltage, daily energy use in Ah or kWh, peak load in watts, required autonomy hours, charging source and the installation environment. With those five inputs we can size the bank and recommend a cabinet or mounting option.

Do you supply complete systems or batteries only?

Both. We supply batteries, rack cabinets, outdoor telecom cabinets and portable stations, and we can quote a complete kit with inverter and PV compatibility checked against the battery BMS limits.
