Portable Power Station Supplier & OEM Manufacturer
Portable power stations are a retail category with a technical core: the battery chemistry, the inverter type and the port configuration decide whether the product survives its first year in the field. This page covers what we supply and what to confirm before branding a unit as your own.
Range
| Model | Output | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| 100W class | 100W AC, 76.8Wh LiFePO4 | Phones, lights, small DC devices |
| 150W class | 150W AC | Camping, small electronics |
| 300W class | 300W AC | Camping, small appliances, backup |
| 1000W class | 1000W AC | Home backup, tools, fridges |
| 3000W class | 3000W AC | Heavy backup, small commercial |
Sine Wave Matters
Small units often use modified sine wave output, which is cheaper and fine for resistive loads and many chargers, but can cause motors and some electronics to run hot or buzz. Pure sine wave costs more and is the safer choice for fridges, compressors and sensitive equipment. Confirm which one a quoted model uses — the difference is not visible on the box.
OEM and Branding
- Label, colour, packaging and manual
- Output voltage and frequency (220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz)
- Port mix: AC outlets, USB-A/USB-C, 12V DC, solar input
- Accessory bundle: solar panel, cables, carry bag
What to Confirm Before Ordering
Rated versus peak output, battery chemistry and usable Wh, inverter type, solar input voltage window, certification files for the destination market, and the warranty terms for the retail customer. A unit rated at 300W that only sustains 200W continuously will generate returns.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Label, colour, packaging and manual can be customised; the port configuration and output voltage can also be set for your market.
It depends on the model and the level of customisation. Send the model, quantity and destination and we will confirm the current MOQ.
Panels are optional. Tell us the panel wattage and connector type you plan to bundle and we will confirm compatibility with the solar input.
UN38.3 and MSDS for transport, plus CE and RoHS declarations. Confirm the destination market’s requirements before ordering so the correct files are prepared.
