Common FAQs
The cabinet can house compatible telecom batteries, rectifiers, power distribution, controllers and network equipment within a 19-inch rack layout. Final equipment selection depends on U height, depth, heat load, cable entry, maintenance clearance and the total supported weight of the configured cabinet.
Available capacities are 6U, 9U, 12U, 15U, 18U, 20U and 26U. Standard footprint options are 600 × 450mm and 600 × 600mm, while cabinet height varies with U capacity. Confirm equipment dimensions and service clearance before selecting a size.
The enclosure is specified as IP65 for protection against dust and water exposure, with a sealed structure designed for outdoor telecom use. Site design must still consider cable glands, door sealing, drainage, installation orientation, flooding risk, corrosive atmosphere and maintenance practices.
The cabinet includes temperature-controlled exhaust cooling and supports project-specific cooling arrangements. Cooling capacity must be selected from ambient temperature, solar load, installed equipment heat, insulation, cabinet size and operating duty. Fan, air-conditioning or heater requirements should be confirmed during engineering review.
It can be configured for demanding outdoor sites, but temperature, humidity, salt spray, corrosion, UV exposure and ventilation must be reviewed for each project. Provide the installation location and environmental range so coating, sealing, thermal management and maintenance requirements can be confirmed.
The cabinet uses a 19-inch four-post square-hole rack with three pairs of adjustable brackets. The internal layout must account for battery weight, shelf support, rectifier and distribution space, cable bend radius, grounding, airflow, alarms and safe front or rear maintenance access.
A front single door with mechanical lock is standard. Electronic locks and front-and-rear double-door arrangements are available as project options. Door-controlled LED lighting, temperature-controlled fan operation and alarm or monitoring interfaces should be specified during configuration review.
Provide the required U size, cabinet depth, installed equipment list, battery quantity and weight, heat load, ambient temperature, cooling preference, cable entry, door and lock arrangement, monitoring interfaces, color, project quantity and destination. These details are needed before confirming the final configuration.
