Every battery supplier says the same three words: “high quality.” It is the easiest thing to claim and the hardest thing to check. So instead of adjectives, here is what is actually inside our packs — and how you can verify each item yourself.
The cells: “Grade-A” should mean something specific
Our packs run on Grade-A prismatic cells from tier-one manufacturers — EVE, CATL and other top-tier makers. Grade-A means the cell meets its factory datasheet on capacity, internal resistance and self-discharge. Grade-B cells are the ones that failed those checks; they still work, which is why they show up so often in cheap packs. The price gap between them is real, and it shows up about 12–18 months into service.
How to verify: ask any supplier for the cell batch code and a photo of the cells before assembly. Tier-one cells carry traceable codes; if a supplier goes quiet on this question, that is your answer.
The BMS: where cheap packs fail first
A battery is only as good as the board that protects it. Our BMS units handle 100–150A continuous discharge depending on the model — sized for real loads like trolling motors and inverters, not just for a spec sheet. Each board balances the cells, cuts off at safe voltage limits, and protects against short circuits and over-temperature.
How to verify: give the supplier your actual load (motor, inverter, fridge) and ask for the continuous discharge rating in writing. “100Ah” tells you capacity — it says nothing about whether the pack can feed your equipment without tripping.
Testing: 100% before shipment, not sample-based
Every unit we ship gets a capacity check, internal resistance reading and a full charge–discharge cycle before it leaves. You can ask for the test record for your batch — capacity, resistance and the actual discharge curve — and we send it with the shipping documents.
How to verify: ask what percentage of units get tested. “We test samples” and “we test every unit” are very different answers.
Documents: the boring stuff that clears customs
Every shipment travels with UN38.3 test reports, MSDS, and CE / RoHS declarations. If you import regularly, you already know these are not optional — missing documents mean containers stuck at port.
How to verify: request the UN38.3 report before you book freight. It should name the exact model, not just the model family.
OEM, private label and MOQ
We print labels, pack in your branding and can adjust BMS or enclosure details for volume orders. MOQ is flexible — talk to us with your target quantity and market, and we will tell you honestly what makes sense for the factory run.
Warranty: five years, in writing
Every battery carries a 5-year limited warranty — the full terms are on our warranty page, including what is covered and how claims work. It exists because we would rather keep a customer for a decade than win one argument.
Questions buyers actually ask
Which cell brand will I receive? EVE, CATL or another tier-one maker depending on the model and batch. If you need a specific brand, tell us when ordering — we will confirm what is available for your run.
Can I get the test record for my batch? Yes — capacity, internal resistance and a discharge curve snapshot ship with your documents.
What happens if a battery fails? Email us with the details; claims are handled under the 5-year policy, and we aim to reply within two business days.
One last thing: none of this is worth much if you cannot check it. So keep the verification steps above and run them on us, too. Ask for the cell photos, the test record, the UN38.3 report. We will send them — that is the point.
